SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping takes between 3-5 weeks. If purchasing from Canada, be aware of longer than usual shipping times, possibly a few weeks longer. Our warehouse is in China, and we will ship your item on the Sunday after purchase. Tracking is only available once your package reaches US or Canada and gets picked up by the shipping company. You will receive a tracking number prior to the package arriving in US and Canada, which will initially not have any information. Once the shipment is picked up by the shipping company in the US and Canada, the tracking number will begin to show the progress of delivery and will arrive to your location within a couple days. 

RETURN, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 1 month of receiving the products. Products must be is unused condition. Shipping charges are not covered. To initiate a return a return must be requested an approved before it is shipped back to us. Returns will be processed upon the receipt of the returned items.

 

Cancelations are accepted, as long as it's before an order is shipped. Orders are shipped every Sunday of each week. So it will depend on when you placed an order the amount of time you have to cancel. Once it is shipped, an order cannot be canceled, because there is no way for us to intercept it. If you call to make a cancelation, also send an email cancelation request for record keeping. If you do not get a reply from the email give us a call. Sometimes emails end up in our spam folder.

Exchanges: If something is not working, please contact us and we will send you a replacement part. Because these products have moving parts and could be damaged when dropped, we will review each situation on a case by case basis. 

WARRANTY

We provide a 3 month warranty on all our products. If there are any manufacturer or mechanical defects, we will happily replace fix the problem for you. Just give us ring. We also offer extended warranties of 1 year and 2 years. Check products for specific pricing. Warranties cover mechanical issues and manufacturing defects. Warranties do not cover abuse or destruction of products. Dropping the weights is not covered. Pieces of plastic breaking off is not covered as there is no way to tell the reason for the part breaking off.
